ACCOMMODATION RULES

• Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 15 is required to pay the host a tourist tax of €2 per night.

• Always close all gates after passing through.

• Park only in the assigned parking space.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.

• Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed.

• Do not use more than one appliance at the same time.

• To light the wood stove, contact the host.

• A dedicated path is available to access the pool.

• Minors may access the pool only if accompanied by an adult, under their full responsibility.

• Diving into the pool is prohibited.

• Climbing into the pool from the side of the wall.

• Access to the swimming pool is permitted from 9:00 to 21:00.

• Guidelines for proper waste separation will be provided on site.

Information on the management of heating and air conditioning

The heating and air conditioning systems must be switched on and off in compliance with current legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n. 74 and DM 383 of 06/10/2022).

• Summer: The air temperature must not be lower than 26°C in all types of buildings.

• Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C.
